Performance Issues for PCs in the Consumer Market

With the advent of personal computing in the consumer market, the demand for more powerful PCs is on the rise. This talk will focus on complex consumer applications such as multimedia and mobile computing that require more powerful PCs and the challenges they present to both designers and tool developers.
