Conference Facility Available for 1995

The ASIC Conference and Exhibit has originally contracted with hotels and convention center facility in beautiful downtown Rochester (Image Center of the World and site for the 1995 Ryder Cup Golf Tournament) for the week of September 25 - 30, 1995. When the organizing committee decided to change the conference location to Austin, these rooms and meeting and exhibit space became available to any other organizations wishing to hold a conference here at that time. If you are looking for a conference site for 1995, please consider holding it here.

The following is a brief description of the facilities available.

At the Rochester Riverside Convention Center:

Meeting room : total area of 8874 square feet, can be partitioned into up to 5 separate rooms with classroom seating capacity of 360 or theater style seating for up to 1000 people.

Exhibit space : total area of 10,028 square feet capable of 55 10'x10' booths.

Downtown Rochester and the Convention Center

At the Hyatt Regency Hotel of Rochester:

The Hyatt has a total of 320 guest rooms out of which ASIC has reserved a peak room block of 85 during the week.
