On the day of their presentation, authors are invited to breakfast (or lunch, in the case of Monday presentations) to meet with their session chairs and co-chairs. This is a complementary meal where session participants can discuss practical matters such as AV equipment operation, correct pronunciation of names, timing details, etc.
