The cost to exhibit this year is $1000. Exhibits will take place on Monday afternoon (9/8/97) and all day Tuesday. Exhibitors are provided with a 10' x 10' booth and will have the opportunity to give a 15 minute presentation during the Vendor Presentation section of the conference. During this time, each exhibitor will have a captive audience as there are no activities scheduled in parallel with this session.

Exhibitors are allowed and encouraged to invite customers and associates to attend the exhibits at no charge by passing out invitations or tickets. IEEE members will also enjoy free admission to the exhibits. The cost for others (non ASIC '97 attendees) is only $10. We will be advertising the exhibits to the local engineering community to encourage attendance.

The exhibitor slots are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. To reserve a place at the conference, you must fill out an exhibitor contract and return it with a 50% deposit before July 1, 1997. All contracts returned after this date must be accompanied by payment in full.
