The cost to sponsor a standard break is $1500, $2000 for the cocktail reception. Companies sponsoring breaks are provided with two tables located in the break area, a sign with their company name and 15 minutes to present during the Vendor Presentation section of the conference.

The break slots are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. To reserve a place at the conference, you must contact the Exhibits Chair and send a 50% deposit before July 1, 1997.
