All authors of technical papers put a significant amout of their valuable time into the preparation of their manuscripts, so it is our goal to review all submitted papers equally thorough and fair.
Consequently, each paper is sent to several reviewers who are experts in the category the paper has been submitted for. The results of these pre-reviews are collected by subcommittee chairs and used for the final paper selection.
Each year in May, the ASIC/SOC Technical Program Committee (aka TC) meets to discuss the results of the pre-reviews, give all submitted papers a final review, and to plan the overall conference program.
